Lexus has always been know for being the Mercedes-Benz of Japan. Some even say that it's a fancy Toyota. We strongly disagree. We have always loved Lexus for their perfect quality and wonderful interiors.

When we first saw that Lexus is taking on the ///M3 with its IS F, we thought they are going mad. We thought that Lexus should stop trying with sports cars. Thankfully the people at Lexus were not listening and so they got a few engineers to build something completely out of character for Lexus. They built the LFA super-car.

Now we have seen the inside and my goodness, I think it has the best interior I have ever seen inside a super-car. Lexus's DNA really shows in this car. Don't think its all about leather either because this thing has a V10 in the front. Carbon ceramic Disk brakes, Six-speed sequential automatic gear-box and is made out of super light  Carbon-fiber.

Put all this together and you get:

• 412kw
• 325km/h
• 0-100km/h - 3.7s

For a Lexus, those figures are amazing. Lexus say they are only making 500 of them which will make this car just one of those we can admire forever. A true master piece...

Yes thats right! You thought that Pagani was done after they announced that they will stop making their only car, the Zonda. It was sad to hear, thankfully is was to a good cause. The Zonda was stopped to make room for Pagani's newest car, the Huayra. (We couldn't pronounce that either.)

It took seven years in the making, the Huayra or also known as the C9 project was born in 2003. Although the Zonda is now over we can still see the DNA of the Zonda in the Huayra. Pagani say that the new car was designed around air. Mercedes-Benz still make the engine but this time it is a 6.0 V12 AMG.

We love the Gull-wing doors and the mad exhausts, the funky mags and the spoilers that pop out everywhere to force the car to the ground.

The 6.0 V12 engine gives you more than 514 KW.
Seven speed gearbox.

Pagani proved that they will forever be the craziest super-car makers around!

The only reason I can think of showing you this is so that you can hear the absolutely fantastic noise this car makes!

Yes... What you just thought is right. It is completely breathtaking. The shape of the car is pure art. Who ever said that Ferrari is stupid is completely wrong. They have been the daddy of super-cars forever and now it looks as if they want to brawl with those people that called them stupid. I mean just look at those head-lights, they really do turn underwear brown.


Ferrari say that this is a whole new car, from whatever view point you want to go into. With its new F1 technology it is said that it is a "massive leap forward from the company’s previous mid-rear engined sports cars". Ferrari have so much confidence in this car that they named it after their homeland, Italy. It's a true metaphor for Italy.


This car is faster then the F430, better fuel consumption and even better handling then the F430. Now we did say in CAR talk that the F430 is the best driving machine of all time. If we had to look at this and go back, we might be wrong about that. The best driving machine might just be the 458 Italia... Hmm.


Once again Michael Schumacher is involved with the 458 Italia. Now like Michael, lets look at figures.

It has a F1 double clutch 7-speed gearbox. Forged wheels and only the best materials. The car only weighs as much as a hair. Put all this together and the result is, 0-100km/h in 3.4s. You have this on the road and nothing and I mean nothing will catch you.

So you think your Friday office parties that close the office for the weekend are cool?

Well think again, just look at the video we came across.

Its a video of outside the Pagani office.


In the video we see them fool around with a Zonda F. Much better we think then e-mailing each other viruses.

Now many of us always wonder what is the perfect car to have. Well we have also thought long and hard about that and can gladly tell you what we think is the, ultimate driving machine.

The answer is so easily justified just by the manufacturer name... Yes its a Ferrari. Not just any old prancing horse. The Ferrari F430.

It does everything better then everything else. Its that simple. Now you might be wondering how on earth could we buy one. Since we stay in South Africa and not Europe it could be difficult and pricey. Which it is. After a long look the only TRUSTED way I found in getting the F430 is through a dealer. In Cape Town. The dealer is called, Viglietti, and they are the only importers of Ferrari's to Southern Africa.

At the moment there are no new F430's for sale in S.A. So that must be disappointing, but not really because there is ONE second hand F430 spider in PERFECT condition.

This car is Ferrari approved so you know its basically brand spanking new!

Yeah that price also crushed my dreams. But we still think that it is the best driving machine ever.

Why do we like to see this?? Well it makes our problems seem like nothing when we see a R 11 219 868.00 car that someone has crashed on his own. This Bugatti Veyron went into a hedge when the driver lost control on a long curve.

The driver must have no teeth left after beating himself up for crashing the most expensive toy anyone can buy.
Well I don't mean anyone do I? I mean only the owners of banks can buy.

Few people know about the super car makers, Pagani. It is a Italian car manufacturer and they are just as bonkers as Lambo's were back in the days. Ever since Audi took over Lamborghini, a sense of order came to the Italian world of super machines. Ferrari always is about speed and performance where Lambo used to be about guns coming out and blowing the finish line up. Thankfully, some Italians just had to bring the lunacy back to the super car. So Pagani was established.

They make the fantastic Zonda F. If you watch the video you will see just how mad the Pagani people are. Its there video from THERE site.

The car has four exhaust pipes like a batman car at the back. The side mirrors are above your head and the sound of it sounds like world war 10!!!

The specs are even more astonishing with a 7.2 V12 Mercedes AMG engine developing 443kw.
This will blast you to 100km/h in.. 3.6 sec! And carry on going to 200km/h in 9.8 sec. You will just keep on flying till 354km/h.

Those numbers are just too much to truly understand. Just imagine it has light. from the word 'go', your there.
Sadly I cant get the price, but I'm sure it will be in the millions.

Nothing is like it. It is fantastic in all ways I can think of.
